By accessing or using our Site, or in any other services we provide (collectively, Services), and expressly consenting where required, you agree to be bound by this Privacy. As a Ride hailing/sharing platform for commuters, we collect information or Personal Data which might include your name, contact details, title, occupation, login name and password, profile picture, payment or banking information (including related payment verification information), driver’s license and other government identification documents (which may indicate document numbers as well as birth date, gender, and photo), and any other background information from you when you create or update a user account on our Site. If you do not expressly provide this information, you will not be able to create a user account on our Site.
